Scholarship<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Every spring the Floyd County Historical Society offers a $500 scholarship to an area senior. Preference is given to a student who has been active in the Museum and\/or who intends to go into a history or related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications are due every year by May 1. If you have any questions, please call 641-228-1099.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internships<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The Floyd County Museum will hire another intern for summer 2025. Preference will be given to current college students or recent highschool graduates with an interest in history, museum studies, or social studies.
