A BOUT THE O NLINE N EWSPAPER A RCHIVE
The Web site, cc.NewspaperArchive.com, is a pilot project to determine public
interest in accessing the historic newspaper archives of the Charles City Daily
Press, the official newspaper of Floyd County, Iowa. Created in 2006, this Web
site currently contains online issues of the Press from February 1930 to
February 1931. The Web site has unlimited capacity, which means more
newspapers may be added online at no additional site maintenance cost.
There would be a one-time cost to convert additional newspaper microfilm into
digital format. Please contact the Floyd County Museum for further details.Thank you!
